Can I meet Dr. Josie before signing up?
Absolutely. We understand how important it is to choose a veterinarian that you and your pets feel comfortable working with. Reach out to theconciergedvm@gmail.com to set up a meet and greet appointment today.
How will I communicate with Dr. Josie?
We will have an app where you can text and chat with Dr. Josie and our veterinary nurses. In this app, you will also be able to schedule appointments, access vaccine records, and request medication refills. There will be many instances when a phone call makes more sense, and Dr. Josie will be happy to jump on the phone.
What hours will you be available?
We will be available for at-home appointments from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. We know that many issues with our pets happen outside of these hours, so we will be diligently checking our texts and emails after hours and will get back to you ASAP with advice and recommendations.
What area of Nashville does The Concierge Vet service?

Do you perform surgery and dental procedures?
Yes! We are partnered with a local veterinary clinic in Belle Meade where we have access to their facilities to perform anesthetic procedures.
Does my plan cover sick visits?
All travel and exam fees are included in your concierge membership. Any additional diagnostics or medications will be charged à la carte.
